Q.How to buy an artwork?

A.You can purchase an artwork in 3 simple steps

  • Add shipping and billing details and proceed to ‘Payment page’.

Q.How can I check my order status?

A.To check you order status, simply login to your account and click on the ‘My Order’ under ‘My Profile’ section.

Q.Do you charge Sales Tax or any other tax? (GST)

A.No, we don’t charge Sales Tax. But we charge GST as per Indian government rules. We also charge shipping charges according to region.

Q.How will my package be shipped?

A.All packages will be delivered through reputed couriers. Artworks are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit post quality checking by artist panel.

 Q.What if my purchased artwork arrived in damaged state?

A.If any artwork is found defective in the package, contact the customer support right away at ‘‘. Please click the picture of the defective artwork & mail it to us. We will give you a call back within 24hrs & guidance for the same, we ensure that it is exchanged and delivered to you in pristine condition or a full refund will be made as per terms and conditions. Please note: In the case of a defective artwork received at your end, you must notify within 48 hours.

Q.Is my personal information secures?

A.We never rent, trade or share your contact details and credit /debit card details with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. Q.What is the authenticity proof that I will get with my purchase? is a first and most importantly, a platform for the promotion of beautiful, original art. To help you prove authenticity and for you to be able to resell your artwork in future, issues you with an authenticity certificate from the artist (or relative) with the purchase of any artwork, of our associate artists. However, if you are buying a work from a re-seller or gallery, you will receive a letter of authenticity signed by, and backed by documentation by the re-seller/gallery.
